Employment
I am currently unemployed and have just finished my very successful version of W.A.Darlington's Alf's Button which I made a very good job of.
I was the director of a pretty crumby cast and an obnoxious musical director but I managed to remain professional throughout. I also worked on the design with Alice Lesley Pocklington and Kurt Zarniko and I was very pleased with it.
Alice Lesley Pocklington was my leading lady and Kurt Zarniko was my leading man - these two were not so crumby.
I also did voluntary work for the Pollard Trail by doing three talks: one called Pollard' s War, or Pollard's Theatre...something like that and I also did a thing about cars set in a garage with a Daimler. Then I did a study about Pork Batch shops and Kebab shops - comparing and contrasting them and it was very successful especially for the motorists at the traffic light junction of Cox Street and Primrose Hill Street where I sat on the grass in full public view and demonstrated how to eat a kebab and a pork batch....stuff that down ya!
I am going to have to continue working voluntarily for the CMP Soc because that way I get a free trip to Australia provided I drink tea and look after their exhibition. I don't like to ask them to pay me because they didn't make a lot of money on the last thing mainly because they didn't have the heart to ask for the money in the first place, which is pretty bad business practice in my view. I have now decided to set myself up as a business consultant to them so that they can begin to move into profit and cease exploitation.
